Formal quotation and delivery agreement
The agreed scope, timing and formal quotation are prepared before a delivery agreement is confirmed.
Insurance and documentation confirmation
Required insurance and available vessel documentation are confirmed before departure planning is completed.
Pre-departure inspection and handover
The agreed pre-departure inspection is completed and the vessel is handed over for the passage.
Passage with progress communication
The passage follows the agreed plan, with practical progress communication during the delivery.
Arrival inspection and final handover
Arrival is followed by the agreed inspection and documented final handover.
