From enquiry to handover

How delivery works

Every delivery follows a clear sequence, with the vessel, route, timing and required documentation reviewed before the passage is accepted.

The delivery sequence

A clear seven-stage process

Clear communication from initial assessment to final handover.

  1. Submit yacht and route details

Share the vessel type, length, current location, destination and preferred timing.

  2. Initial route and vessel assessment

The yacht, proposed route, timing and known operating information are reviewed.

  3. Formal quotation and delivery agreement

The agreed scope, timing and formal quotation are prepared before a delivery agreement is confirmed.

  4. Insurance and documentation confirmation

Required insurance and available vessel documentation are confirmed before departure planning is completed.

  5. Pre-departure inspection and handover

The agreed pre-departure inspection is completed and the vessel is handed over for the passage.

  6. Passage with progress communication

The passage follows the agreed plan, with practical progress communication during the delivery.

  7. Arrival inspection and final handover

Arrival is followed by the agreed inspection and documented final handover.
