Ordinary weather-related passage variation does not increase the accepted professional fee.

No arrival date is guaranteed.

Safety decisions remain with the skipper.

Exceptional delays, undisclosed defects, missing documentation and owner-requested changes are handled under the final agreement.

Applicable taxes are confirmed in the formal quotation.
